I dont know for definite but that sounds like a harpsichord to me and if so it could be one of a million classical and really old records or money mark played it. I know that doesnt help but i dont think anyone outside of the bboys would know.

Thats definitely the outro (and maybe even a few layers in the song) but I don't here that funky electric piano riff that drops as mike tells they world why dogs love him...(cause he's crazy sniffable!- maybe my all time favorite doo-doo rhyme- you know this should be a thread unto itself!)
OK I got a little off track there but I don't hear the part that we are looking for.

Yeah, it sounds like an old school Bach-esque harpsichord. I dont have my copy of Hello Nasty on me (its in the car), but I'm sure the liner notes would have to have a sample mentioned.
