more specifically I wanna punch the representatives at Annuity Investors of America in the face. all of them.

Their fucking privacy policy is bullfuckingshit. I just need to confirm that you received our fax. last time I checked confirming a fax was or was not received is NOT releasing information about a policy. you don't need to speak to the client assholes. the client didn't send the fax. The fax has to come from the receiving firm, NOT the client. So why the fuck can't you tell the receiving firm that the fax was or wasn't received?

I called a company to ask if they had received our fax. They refused to tell me. and not because they didn't know if they got it or not...they just refused to tell ME in particular.
I was mad.

what the fuck kinda backwards company refuses to tell you if they received a fax or not? what's the fucking secret? I mean cause if you didn't get it, I'll send it again. bitchezzzz.:rolleyes:


I feel like I should have faxed them 20 more copies with a note that said: "well since you won't tell me if you received my fax I'm sending a few more copies over to make sure you get it!"
