Otherwise known as the mayo of the Mediteranean....how do you like to use it?....me mainly in humus....you?

in my marinades for meat products I mix it with yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, allspice and some cayenne pepper. then I skewer and bbq.

mmmm...yes it's great with beef,goat or even lamb...sometimes when lazy I make a poor man's donair,fry up some beef slivers,with red onion,tahini,splash of white wine,then I throw it in a pita with some big chunks of tomato,parsley,cucumber...oh...and pickled beet if I have.(y)
