But i think I'm slowly losing my desire to play video games.

Maybe it's cause i dont have a next gen system, i want one but i dont know if I'd lose interest with that too.

I haven't even beat god of war II yet. The last time i played any game was 4 months ago.

*sigh* i thought i'd never say that. The world is gonna end. Everybody get drunk and fuck!

Eh...it happens. I used to be a "gamer" of sorts. But then totally lost interest. Now I occasionally play or watch the wife play while I'm fucking around on the lap top. I mean, there is definitely some badass shit these days compared to my day (of walking 15 miles in the snow to school), but only a handful of games here and there get me playing by myself....not with myself, but by myself.

You are gonna be alright man, I promise.

thanks for the support rock.

Maybe I should buy my daughter a wii and when she comes over I could play it with her. I'm sure that will be fun but, I just can't seem to crack out all day like I used to.

I wanna get GTA IV and Smash Bros. Aside from that I don't think there's much else I need. I get good economy from games. Gears of War lasted me a solid year (online). I got COD 4 which will give me at least another year (online). Working nights and doing uni, it's nice to be able to kick back with a beer and play some shit. Movies and T.V are too passive an experience.

That happened to me too. Now I'm much more interested in watching foreign films or hockey games.
I do enjoy going to parties and Wii'ing out every now and then. Just a little because then I feel like dork city.

Holy! Is it? *sniffs butt* echewta?

Tis quite an honor. Perhaps I should get a wii cause the way everyone raves about it. I just dont think the graphics are all that great.

I had the same problem eric.

I finally had some pocket change and free time, so I went to Best Buy to get a PC game to pass a few days, and I couldn't even find one I wanted. I used to want them all but could only afford one, now I can afford a few and none of them even look appealing.

I dunno. I ended up downloading an expansion for a game I played years ago, and it didn't disappoint.

video games are fucking shit now. they're way too easy and more like an interactive movie than a fun challenging game that requires skill.

i'm the same way really. i mostly play sports games on the consoles, and i have half seasons started in all of them. on GT4, i was so pumped to get it when it came out, but i sucked so bad that by the time i got my liscences and such, i was tired of playing the game

now the only games i play are multiplayer, and usually on the computer
