Actually, I have a cousin who never knew he was allergic to pork products for like, 18 years, and when he tried a BLT for the first time, he nearly died. His throat closed or something and he was rushed to the hospital and was in there a couple days. At a family reunion later that year, my brother tried to get him to eat pork, and I was like "Hey man...that's...you should reevaluate your ethics"

So yeah, there is a such a thing as too much bacon. I would consider that the moral.

I'm very peculiar about the blt cause only one type of meat doesn't make much of a sammich. I like at least three different kinds of meats.

It depends on how thick the bacon is. I hate the small scrouny ass bacon that's way too crispy. The bacon needs to be at least a half inch thick and chewy. Thicker than the tomato too.

Bacon might be the best food in the whole world. In addition to the fantastic taste and texture, and its salty goodness, it's easy to cook.

There are many types of lettuce. Lettuce doesn't have to be watery and gross. I put lettuce on sandwiches because I like the texture more than the taste though. I also buy special tomatoes that taste good. Normal store-bought tomatoes are gross. So I will take the lettuce and tomatoes off of a hamburger at a crappy chain restaurant, but I'll put them on a sandwich I make at home.

I don't seek out organic food as a rule, but I do buy several varieties of organic lettuce and tomatoes because they taste better.

It's strange that I haven't thought of that because I love bacon and eggs together but I'd never put them on a sandwich. I will eat a fried egg sandwich with some salsa on it though.
