Dunno how the others are, but I am guessing they don't want to piss the AIPAC off, correct?
Bit of a quandary, really. If they do get elected, with the help of the AIPAC, things are going to go from bad to worse in the Middle East and Iran will make Iraq look like a Sunday School picnic when they get invaded, as they surely will.
And if they criticize Israel, in any way, they have no chance of winning the candidacy, let alone the election.
That's quite a lot of power to wield, isn't it?
