this is just how things happen to me in my daily routine of living. I'm so used to it that i can almost see it coming and stuff.

for one, almost everytime i go to the supermarket, the line seems to move nice and smooth for everyone in front of me but, when it's my turn, either the register tape would run out, there'd be a problem with the scanner and they need to go back and physically look at the price or just the person ringing me up doesn't know how to do their job and has to wait for manager's assistance. Normally when I cash out, i end up grabbing a newspaper and start reading when it's my turn.

While at work, i could be sitting there for like a whole hour without doing anything and nothing of importance happens or people don't need anything from me. The minute I decide to make a phone call or read a paper or go online, the work phone ends up ringing with people needing something, I'd have a line of people mysteriously appear in front of my desk who need access somewhere or just need me for something.

The minute I start having a real decent conversation with my coworkers always gets interrupted by people needing things or the phone ringing.

eh, as said, I'm so used to it that i know this is how it is in my world.

Anyone else a master of their own world and know how things will happen during everyday living? Good or bad?

I want to rick roll, but I won't.

Ericlee, this reminds me a lot of an Alanis Morisette song. A good one, but anyways, I know what you mean. Sometimes people just like to show up and annoy, too.

It's almost like sometimes, people are watching. Waiting to call your line when you're already on the phone.

its not like I moan and fuss about it though. I'm just stating that I know it life like a book.

Once while at work, I had to make a phone call but I waited for a bit to make sure it wouldnt get interrupted.

I waited for an hour, nothing was going on so i picked up my phone and stood up and started talking. Bout 3 seconds into my call, some guy ran to my desk in a panicking state asking where the medical room is cause some guy was having a seizure. Kind of a big deal for me cause I am a security officer in that building. Haha.

Nothing happened over that, they didn't follow the proper medical emergency precedures. They were supposed to call an emergency phone number that's on all their phones instead of going from the second floor to the 7th and wasting valuable time.
