that's the ill shit right there. That was my only time seeing the beastie boys in california as a resident of the state. Glad I got to see them in every state I've lived in: virginia (where I grew up), colorado (where i went to college), California (where i lived after college) and in NYC (where I live now) so yeah, they've done good things for me in my life. many thanks are due. And thanks silence for putting up this video, now can a brother get that Tibetfest 97 on youtubes???

this was the last show I ever attended. it was the end of a glorious 4 shows in 6 nights run. road trips, good friends, and marijuana were involved.

the night at the Santa Barbara Bowl I saw Money Mark in the parking lot and said whats up.

At the Will call for Greek Night 1, I met Money Mark, Jerome Crooks and Busy P. That had to be the worst Beastie Boys show Ive ever seen though. So many fuck ups, and just plain boring set overall. Night 2 destroyed it right off the bat opening with The New Style
