I mean, the song is dope. I'm faded as fuck and I've listened to it a couple times. I like that Spike did the video. he was always one to put a few skate flicks in his early works, but his sense for the bangers came off on the video. Shit's got aspergers, like me.

I mean, I'm not touching my penis or treating these guys like the Wiggles for spinsters, but show some love
Don't forget the cool thing about the song.
If you press the mono button on your amplifier, then you get the instrumental version.

I had this one speaker t.v radio thing from the late 70's and shit couldn't pick up the vocal track. it is indeed a fun time. mike's drumming is cool on it, too. not all amery

for real? i did not know that.
the way i remember reading about it was they were all playing with amery on the drums, and they all got mike to throw some vocals on it so he picked up a sly record and just read it all off of there.

I don't think I have a feature like that...
Does it work on vinyl as well?

I heard the "instrumental version" on my CD player when I first listened to Check Your Head and on my X-Box. I didn't even know that the song had vocals until I saw that ...And You Don't Stop VH1 special on the history of hip-hop a few months later.

Nah MCA showed Mike the arrangement and they layed down the instrumental. Mike prolly recorded the vocal later on, to that track. I mean, it doesn't sound live, plus the drum sound is different to Amery's playing. LOL not like I was htere, though, that's just my understanding from the SOS booklet.

Does it make eye contact? Does it understand humour? Does it have a broad range of interests?

you're right. that is one avoidant, dead serious, skating-obsessed video.
*looks up and to the right*
in fact, Spike Jonze was an avid BMX freestyle rider in his youth. As part of the famous Rockville BMX crew he was known for making fast friends with touring BMX teams that came to town, befriending riders and often touring with them for short periods afterwards. He eventually landed a sponsored ride with Haro Bikes and received limited fame as a BMX personality appearing in many BMX publications such as Freestylin'. i have no idea i'm boring you. Jonze was also a co-founder and editor of Dirt magazine along with Mark Lewman and Andy Jenkins, as well as an editor for Grand Royal Magazine and senior photographer for Transworld Skateboarding. In the past, Jonze shot skateboard videos, most notably Blind skateboard company's Video Days in 1991. He also co-directed the Girl Skateboards film Yeah Right! and the Chocolate Skateboards video Hot Chocolate. In the closing credits montage of Yeah Right! Spike is shown doing a nollie heelflip in loafers. He is also co-owner of Girl Skateboards. OH AND Here are links to many other Spike Jonze projects involving skateboards: See this (http://changstanation.imeem.com/video/TJ8himka/spike_jonze_magic_skateboard_art_video/) and this (http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1bcyz_spike-jonze-the-woods_creation) and this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_xeF9c_ycM) and this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vh0dKerwJQ4) and also this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPT7q825gwI) which does not actually involve Skateboards but is good because it is by Spike Jonze. Skateboards are good. Spike Jonze is good.

My colleague had drinks at Spike Jonze's place last week. Spike wasn't there but David Russell was.
I'm looking forward to the return of Rob and Big.

Yes.

Skateboards are good. Spike Jonze is good.
Damn Straight.
Time for living is sick.
The video, the story of how the track came about, Spike Jonze being fresh, everything.
Sabotage is great and all that but Time for living, Egg raid and Heart attack man are mosh pit heaven.
