I used the beat from Wu Tang's cover of The Beatles' While My Guitar Gently Weeps. I took the chorus from the original Beatles version and chopped it up to match the beat. The chorus with the Beatles sound's a little choppy because of the background music and couldn't do much about it. But still sounds decent. One thing is for sure, it beat's Eraka Badu singing it. lol. Anyway, check it out and let me know what you think.

Oh yeah, the guitar in Wu-Tangs version is no other than George Harrison's son, Dhani Harrison.

Really good that - i dont mind the choppy bits - you shouldnt have said anything i wouldnt have noticed.
I have never heard the wu version:o
it gives LDTBOAG a really different feel(y)

Thanks, Guy. I don't think you really want to hear Wu-Tang's version. I despise it. The music is good. But the singing and rapping is HORRIBLE. What a way to ruin a classic. Atleast one thing came good out of it...The instrumental..lol

Not bad, the choppy part is a bit messed up technically, but the mix certainly works. I run into a lot of production type issues myself, recently remixing crappy audio from a you tube clip (dude playing a mean Slayer on the axe). I actually remixed looking down the barrel of a gun myself, and I think its a rocking remix - despite the said crappy audio from the you tube clip.


any way, mad skills (even though I think my particular remix of LDTBOAG is better)
