This is the one most obvious thing I don't think we've tried: a simple mixtape of beastiemixes by as many people as we can get from beastiemixes.com

there is no rules, just mix! 1 track per dj. it does have to be made specially for this, but as it can be an original beat, someone elses pella over the beasties, a simple mash up, it shouldn't be that tough.

ima get to work on one now. i know there's alot of hosted djs (85 now i think?), but it can easily be a 2/3/4 disc set? though i doubt everyone will participate. what do you think?

although you explained that well i am not sure i understood! Let me get this straight, everyone just contributes one track and you mix it? Sorry for being stupid:o I'm up for it btw if thats what it is(y)

everyone contributes one track and then we just arrange them as an album, each cd will be 1 hour and 20 mins.

Have we got some sort of deadline or are you just gonna wait to see what comes in?

Also, can i make a suggestion. I know you said its got to be a new mix but I would like to propose that Cosmo Kramer gets two. I think you should use the "So Whatcha Want" mix he did as the Beastiemixes anthem as the opener or closer - that would be nice.

After being a way for a year I keep randomly listening to stuff i have missed and i heard that the other day and for some reason that "beastiemixes" chorus is still in my head!
