Just about any "hard" veggie with just about any dip is just gorgeous!
Big hit at parties!

It was good. A bit weird at first but very crunchy and more-ish

mushrooms are more my style

I just made some stuffed mushrooms last night. More of an appetizer, but good all the same.

Pick up a pack of whole mushrooms. (big enough to stuff, but small enough to fit a bunch in a pan)

Crack the stem out, leaving just the empty cap.

Brown'em in a pan with some oil, and bit of butter on low/medium heat.

I used pepper as well.

Take'em out of the pan once browned/soft

turn on the broiler

Fil the caps with whatever you think will be good. ( I used Monterey Jack and Mozz)

Brown the cheese in the broiler.

Sprinkle some Parmesean cheese on all of'em.

Enjoy!

It's simple and can be a nice little snack.

Oh yeah, and celery is the best for dippin in ranch.
