I'm gonna give up coffee and cigs for the next 40 day's..green tea or chai it is...I was thinking alcohol but I'd like to succeed...I like lent...I mean even if your not Catholic or Christian it's a good test of will power,you know...prayer, penitence, almsgiving and self-denial...good times...go into the desert battle the devil for 40 day's...(y)

I forgot to recognize yesterday, ah well. I havent really been to church since I left catholic school.

there are some brands of rooibos that makes a flavour that tastes similar to coffee. instant coffee granted, but still extremely full-bodied in regards to tea flavours.

My momma called me tuesday to remind me it was Fat Tuesday and to go out and party...then she said to take my ass to church on Wednesday so I did. I know you're supposed to leave your ashes on your forehead but I had an afternoon meeting and like 10 people were like "Dude, you got some crap on your face".....so I had to wash. Aaaanyway I was going to give up soda but I had one tonight. I had also planned on giving up hard liquor or beer but I'm still undecided.
