This just boggles my mind when I think about it. HOW could this IN ANY situation be accepted? It spells turture, and the fact that anyone could veto the banning of such "methods" just amazes me. It shouldn't even be an issue. There's a lot of shit going on with the bush regime but things like this takes the price.
