MAN but I wish that when people designed things with consumable elements that they'd make it relatively easy to replace whatever.

This fucking printer, man. Needed new toner. I was following the instructions exactly and the old cartridge wouldn't budge.

Please don't make me feel like I'm going to break the machine just so I can get the old cartridge out.

Did finally get it, though, but literally worked up a bit of a sweat doing so. (n)

two of my biggest fearful tasks while at work:

replacing the toner cartridge in ANYTHING and
replacing the water jug for the cooler.

The one time I did try to replace the water jug it made a mess and the entire thing was leaking all over the place. Turns out, I did nothing wrong. There was a hole in the jug (small hole, but still an issue) and thus it made a mess.

Just happened to be my luck that the ONE TIME I bother, though. Now I refuse to do it period. :( haha

Our water people have been filling the fucking jugs all the way to the top. I mean, there's no way to start to upend the thing without spilling water.

I kinda have it down, but still.

Yeah -- I hears ya.

those jugs should have caps that don't open the water flow until they get pressed down into the machine. and then when you take it back out, they should seal back up again...

i agree about the toner though
