"sweetheart" + "sweety"
being called either of these fills my heart with rage like the infernos of hell. the fuck you callin sweety? i had to sit down a friend once and explain to her that if she ever called me that again i would have no choice but to delete her from my life.

"quasi"
hearing people say that word makes me want to slap the shit outta someone. "these pants are quasi-retro" shut the fuck up. especially if they say it with a modifier (i think thats what its called) before it as in " these pants are so/like quasi-retro" SHUT the fuck up - you just made the word completely useless. you know that person loves the sound of their own voice and probably isnt as smart as they're trying to sound. assholes

"toot"
my exgf used to say this. don't try to be all cutesy about it like it don't stank when you rip one. its the disgusting fumes of your rancid shit coming out your ass. its a fart, its whatever, but its not a "toot". i guarantee you're not "toot"ing when you're home alone belting out earth shaking, ass flappers. you're not fooling anyone. shut the fuck up.

I hate it when people say "i love him/her with all my heart." all your heart, eh?
i don't know what it is, but it just seems to denote trashiness and lack of education

i also hate it when people use poop istead of shit or pee instead of piss and other similar things. it just seems much more immature, ironically.

^^ haha
and "uber" goes right in the same category as quasi - just effin say "very" or "sorta", assholes!
"anus"
i dunno, the technical term sounds dirtier than just saying asshole. nothing id slap anyone about though

"It is what it is..." God that makes me want to punch people in the face when they say it!
Or pretty much any pop culture phrase that gets way overused and is seldom said correctly...like "How u doin??"

I think all words and phrases and speaking should be banned(y)
Yorkshire~Rose

"...at the end of the day"
That phrase bugs the crap out of me and is generally said over and over by the type of people who go on Jeremy Kyle (or any other trash TV show).
A work colleague can't stand it when i say 'pottered about'. As in 'what did you get up to last night?' 'Oh not much, i just pottered about the house'.
I say it a lot apparently :o

You all have terrible social skills and probably very few friends. Fucking language Nazis.
PS
I agree that "same difference" is dumb as fuck. Nothing I'd get angry about though, probably just flick a lit cigarette into someone's eye or something.

"simmer/simmah down!" - I don't know why but I fucking hate it.
"good girl" - it really depends on when and why it's being said, but 90% of the time when someone says this to me I want to punch them in the face. It reminds me of someone speaking to a dog. I hate it.
"chin up" - I don't know what it is. I just don't like it. It bothers me a lot.
I say "dude" a lot ;(

phrases I couldn't stand while in the military..
"bla zay blah"- dammit, just say blah blah, why add that gay ass "zay" in the middle.
"stand fast"- how the hell is that even possible?
"parade rest"- I have never seen a parade go by when standing at that position, nor is it very restfull
"hooah"- supposed to mean anything but no. Also like a warcry. I always said, "huh?"
Wow. No one has mentioned anything about "douche" or "douche bag" yet. I loathe those insults with every fiber of my being.

i don't know what it is, but it just seems to denote trashiness and lack of education
I say it, but it usually proceeds a put down. "You know that I love Dave with all my heart but he's so stubborn I want to hit him in the head sometimes."
if i was a girl i think id be completely creeped out by being called "good girl"
give him a little punch for me.
Yeah, it's revolting. If a boss is saying it to an adult female subordinate, it is sexist. Does the boss call adult male underlings "good boys"? I doubt it.

Those aren't words, dipshit. Stop talking.
Saying "pacifically" instead of "specifically" is a clear indication that you're not smart at all.
I also hate it when people replace loaned/lent with borrowed. "She borrowed me a few dollars." No she didn't. YOU borrowed a few dollars from HER. SHE LOANED a few dollars to YOU. I hate you.

"bla zay blah"- dammit, just say blah blah, why add that gay ass "zay" in the middle.
holy shit! i HAAAAAATE that too. ive heard it said most often by women who suck their teeth a lot and regularly get their nails done like 5 inches long with ridiculous landscapes on them & shit. i think they've probably heard the word "blase" which is an adjective that means indifferent or unconcerned and think it means "blah blah" as a noun. ive heard it used like "he/she was all talkin smack all 'blazi-blazi-blaz". RRRGH!!! **ah sulapdadid dat shit!**
