Its my new favorite tv show. I adore it.

except that part with the HF acid. you'd be fucking dead and you sure as hell wouldnt be slopping around in puddles of it especially if you had an apparent chemistry background and knew that if you get it on greater than 5% of your body you are fucking D.E.A.D.

regardless, its a highly enthralling watch each week.

Just watched the first episode, very dark humor. But dammit it is so well done it just draws you in. Once the subject matter is accepted the show is a window into a world many will never go. What spooks me is how well the writers and actors have nailed it. Somebody had to of lived it or near it. (y)

Agree. great show.

meth (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=meth)

4.methA stupid drug made used and made by white trash (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=white+trash) that's made out of cold medicine and other easily obtained chemicals.
After stealing a bunch of cold medicine from Target (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Target), the cops followed him back to his meth lab.

6.methA drug for fuckups.. Invented by some japenese guy approx. 80 years ago.. The hippie version is speed...
When a guy uses Crystal Meth he often wants to cut up his dick, put some ketchup on, and eat it...

20.meth
Twack, Gak, Yuck, Shit, Dope, Crys, Ick, Shardz, Ice, Crank, Skank, Nope, Cut, White, A bag, A load, A puddle... Shardz that you dilute in gatorade, draw up and when you inject it you can kinda taste the flavor of the gatorade during the rush that gets you high... or you can TRY to get high by smoking, snorting, eating, or booty bumping (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=booty+bumping) it but evrything's a waste of time and money except a mainline. It's highly addictive and the comedown, (crash (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=crash)) is one of the worst things to experience.

1.booty bumping

To administer a psychoactive drug rectally.

do they booty bump in this show?

Oh hey - I didn't see this thread! Yeah! I watched the whole first season yesterday! One of the few things that's nice about being between jobs.

btw, if you're looking for shows like this check www.ovguide.com

*edit*
there is no episode 8, the new season comes this summer, and there were only 7 episodes of the first season.

I always thought Bryan Cranston did a hell of a job on Malcolm in the Middle but he's even better on this show. Also, HE WAS IN AIRWOLF.

i just marathoned all three seasons of this in the past week or two. very good stuff. i think it's interesting that between the two main characters, one of whom is a junkie meth dealer and the other of whom is a cancer-stricken high school teacher who is trying to make money to pay for his treatment and provide for his family, i find the junkie to be the more sympathetic character. and the reason for that is that basically every bad thing that happens in the show could have been entirely avoided if walt had just swallowed his pride and taken the money from gretchen and elliot when they offered it to him in the beginning.

they never really get into it but you can tell that there's a history there and that walt feels betrayed (perhaps justifiably, perhaps not, they never get into the details) by them because they went on to be millionaires and he got left behind and taking their money would be deeply insulting but still, if he would have just put his family above his own pride he wouldn't have had to go into the whole meth dealing roller coaster ride. it would have been a boring show, sure, but still, the whole adventure is sort of his fault.

jesse on the other hand you actually kind of feel sorry for.

at first i was having a hard time dealing with bryan cranston as this character because i'm so used to him as the dad in malcolm in the middle (and to a lesser extent, the dentist in seinfeld) but once he shaved his head i got over it. he's really good. i'm still not quite used to bob odenkirk as a (semi) serious character though, that's just a weird one for me. still, it's good to see him in something big

anyway now i have to wait for season 4 like everyone else :(

i'll give it a bump in my netflix queue. far too many other shows are adding seasons on me to be able to keep up with them and all the flicks as well. need more of them on instant view!
