i just watched it after, fuck knows how long it's been, and yeah, i love that movie. i remember it was like the first action movie my folks let me watch as a kid, it was the first time i heard 'fuck', it made me shitscared of buses at the time, the theme song stayed in my head for like 3 months afterwards... just so fuckin good.

it's T2-esque.

i watched speed 2: CROOZE CONTROL at christmas and ahaha, the damned boat just didn't stop. funnies. i must say i prefer under siege, though. it's my favourite boat-based action movie. he's a fucking chef.

Actually, I thought it pretty much sucked. Except for Sandra. She made good out of a pretty shitty-written part.

I saw it with my friend Jerry when it first came out, both ready for a good action flick, and we were both awfully underwhelmed.

I enjoyed it when it came out but I thought it should have ended when the bus blew up. What made the movie good was that it was a surprise. I wasn't expecting Keanu Reeves to be in a decent action movie and I had no idea who Sandra Bullock was. And I wasn't tired of Dennis Hopper yet.

It's no T2 though--there aren't many in that class. :p

saw speed when i was a kid at the brand new megascreen in innaloo, i think that really added to my experience.
