lots of water and a lot of cardio. its all stored in your fat cells so if you are big dude you got more to worry about than a little dude to get it out.

but my chubby friend used to do it all the time. do like 45 minutes of cardio and drink lots of water.

he passed weeklies that way starting 4 (?) days before...sketchy...but if you have 2 weeks you will be fine if you follow the water and cardio thing. hopefully.

I don't know how much you've been researching but don't take large doses of Niacin. It does more harm than good to your body and it's not a guaranteed fix. Cran/water is a good combo like everyone is saying. You could walk in there muching on a Poppyseed bagel. It has similar properties to THC. They'd have to void the test, which may give you more time to process the sticky icky. It's always the poppyseed bagel lovers that suffer.
