I knew he was going to win.....I wish their collections were a bit more solid, a couple pieces here and there caught my eye
It's about time we had a thread based on this (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/3020768.stm).
There seems to be way too many of these 'Project Runways' appearing in the media.

I figured he'd win. I haven't seen the episode yet though.
Jillian makes some awesome jackets though. I love the details she puts in to her work.

I knew Chris was going to win, because he's the one I hated the most... that tends to happen to me a lot with reality television shows. That's what I get for caring.

I should have done a SPOILER ALERT. My bad dog LOL. Really though, I thought it was obvious he'd win.

ME TOO!!!!!
I was really pulling for Jillian. She's so cute! And from a female perspective, her stuff is the ideal combination of practical, comfortable, and stylish. It's also beautiful and completely original. At that same time, I understand the judges' comments about her line being disjointed. The evening wear she threw into the mix didn't seem to sync up with the sportier stuff. But overall, she was definitely my favorite.
The work that went into Christian's line was incredible and I do feel he deserved the win. Rami's line, as a whole, was disgusting. He's also kind of a douche in general. Ew.
Sigh. I love Project Runway and I'm sad it's over. Thank god the new season of Top Chef starts next week. I'm a total Bravo junkie. :o

i disliked rami's stuff too, i really can't stand his drapey bullshit. and his clothes seemed like they fit weird and were all bunched up in weird places.

Side note:
Last night, I totally had a dream that I was riding a bus all alone in the middle of the country when I got a call on my cell phone from a friend informing me that paul jones was the winner of Project Runway. W. T. F.

I only really liked 2 or 3 of his garments. The rest were just kind of weird and looked uncomfortable to wear. Plus a super bright top with black pants and vice versa is guaranteed to look horrendously tacky. A fashion designer should no better, for pete's sake. Good grief. Holy mackerel.

Here's an excellent Tim Gunn interview (http://featuresblogs.chicagotribune.com/entertainment_tv/2008/03/project-runways.html#more).
He really hates Victorya!
I didn't like Jillian's coats. I hate coats with crap hanging off of them and cut outs are stupid. She takes a perfectly good coat and put inflexible patches on the arms and other silly places for no good reason.
I was surprised at how nice Posh Spice was.

I really think that Christian's was the most overall cohesive collection. The point was, in fact a 'collection' and the boy has talent and so I think it was deserved.
I can't wait for next season. I actually skipped Season 2 and 3 just because I didn't have cable, but do you all think they worth watching?

I like Christians the best too.
I think that seasons 2 and 3 are worth watching if you can watch them without buying them. Season 3 was better than season 2 but both had some good points. Then again, I'm a giant PR fan, so maybe you shouldn't listen to me.

I liked Rami's best actually. but it wasn't very daring. I like Christian even though he's over the top, but he's tiny and flaming and stuffed with talent, I want to put him in my pocket.
I liked jillian's stuff all through the competition, but I thought her collection clothes were kind of ugly, I hated her color palette as well. and I need to get a hold of her hair so I can fix it.

I thought it was so cute how nervous Christian was, and how he got the chin wobbles right before Heidi announced the winner. It proved that he really is humble despite the persona he portrayed through out the show.
Also, I hate Victoria Beckham. Like hate hate.
