Shine On You Crazy Diamond from Wish You Were Here. All 5 parts.

I like the way Illmatic starts. Everything from The Genesis to how it leads into NY State Of Mind.

Amerikkka's Most Wanted offers a good intro/first song combo, too.

Zeppelin always started their albums off with a strong lead track (not so much with Houses Of The Holy).

When The Lights Go Out from The Black Keys' Rubber Factory sets the bar so high that the rest of the album seems almost disappointing by comparison.

You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar.... from QOTSA's Songs for the Deaf is another good one.

Hell Hath No Fury probably had my favorite 3 song opening combo of recent memory.

I think my favorite is the Intro to Common's Be, but the rest of the album is quite gay.

to all the girls/shake your rump

amazing way to start an amazing album.

i remember when i first heard that album... ahh... sigh

i must have listened to it everyday at home or school for 3 weeks straight.

i'm sure there are more albums with great intros but thats what came to my mind first.

I thought about that, but my legalism made me think that you gotta just count "To All the Girls" as the first song. So it didn't make my
cut because of that.
