I'm sure that Justin, Ben, Emile and the gang did in fact manage to nail each and every nuance and trait and twitch and giggle etc for every one of those characters to the maximum extent allowable by law. I just assumed that the movie was perhaps really overblown and exaggerated because, well, that's just the way it seemed.
