think for a moment...who is someone that has a seemingly simple or insignificant task in your life, but in doing so, actually makes your day a little better?

Maybe it's the person at your local coffee shop who always makes your coffee just the way you like it. Maybe it's the guy who always smiles when you buy a morning newspaper from him.

I'm appriciative of the guy who delivers our paychecks...oh I know a trained monkey could probably do it, but that trained monkey would be my favorite monkey ever. Even if the day is going poorly, when that guy shows up with that peice of paper that entiles me to my livelyhood, I'm all smiles.(y) and just think if I had direct deposit, I'd miss out on the friendly face of the guy who brings my paycheck to me. HE might have the best job in the world. who can get mad at a guy who brings you money?

Yeah -- the lady who delivers our mail. Sometimes I catch her and tell her she's fired if she doesn't have our paychecks. :)

I have direct deposit.

I'm gonna go with Marie, the lady that works in the cafeteria at work.

When I go down there for breakfast, she always has my sandwich already made and waiting for me.

my uncle told me that those tube chutes at the drive through banks were operated by trained monkeys.

He said that they have bananas on both the cashier's end and the customer end and the monkey will transfer the tube to whatever end has the banana.

I still believe him to this day.

I don't have such a person in my life.

I try to bring a ray of sunshine into TAL's life but clearly fail miserably.

I simulataneously love and loathe the woman who does my accounts as she pays me but feels the need (or the law) telling her to deduct ridiculous amounts of tax and fees. It's a complex relationship but we're working through it.
