It's just past midnight so I can wish you all a happy St.Irishdudes day.
We don't celebrate it over here, but we should. I like green things and Irish blokes and... stuff.

Thanks! You know, when the church contacted me saying they wanted to make me a saint, I must admit I was hesitant. But we managed to make a deal whereby everyone has to get smashed on this day in my honour. Although God was reluctant to embrace a national holiday based around alcohol I managed to get Jesus on board, and damn is that kid spoilt. He gets literally whatever he wants. Anyway so they agreed to my proposal and I think the deal has worked out pretty sweet in the end.

So what's everyone doing to show their support? I will be getting trolleyed in a green t-shirt and maybe one of those Guinness hats.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

This is my first sober Paddy's day in a while...did the drink thing on saturday/yesterday.

Interestingly its officially religiously not Paddy's day as the Church moved it as this is holy week, but no one givva poo and paraded anyways

I work near a government court building. This morning I was leaving my parking lot and a young lady with a baby waved me down. She asked where the circuit court building was located. I told her I would drive her over since I was going that direction. She said--thanks, my husband got arrested for DUI when he was leaving a pub last night. I wonder how many people get nabbed between midnight and 2 am on St Paddy's Day?
