God. This elementary school kid gleefully ran right out into the street in front of this truck, against a red light. The kid saw the truck, too;
it was a total dash. The driver had to slam on his brakes. This was just over a block from where a little boy went into the street a few
months back and got killed.
Even the other school kids this guy broke away from looked horrified.
