Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails, Kanye West, Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs, Wilco, Bloc Party, The Black Keys, Lupe Fiasco, Flogging Molly, G. Love, Chromeo, Louis XIV, etc.

This might actually be the lineup I would have if it were hpdrifterpalooza.

I knew when I saw the late summer US cities listed on Radiohead's website that the Chicago date was going to be that fucking festival. :( I was hoping for a real Chicago date.

And I think I have conflicts for the Seattle and Vancouver dates (they were going to be my backups).

This is turning into my most disappointing tour schedule ever. fuck fuck fuck

(it is a great line up if you like festivals though. :o)

Tickets for the Seattle Radiohead show go on presale tomorrow. I'll definitely be getting mine.

Yeah, festivals are brutal. I'm planning on two this summer: Sasquatch and Bumbershoot. That's about all I can handle.

What, no Guns N' Roses?

My friend is going to the Vancouver show. I would love to go as well. If the impossible is achieved, I would be down to have a BBMB encounter with you (in a completely non-creepy way, of course).

Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Nine Inch Nails, The Black Keys

I removed the gay ones...still though thats a solid three and a half bands Id want to see...the black keys Id watch but Im not craaaazy about them. Actually the other three Ive all seen before. No point in going now. I'll just keep my damn money.

If anyone happens to go, let us know if Wilco is as shit-boring live as they've recently gotten on record.

Yeah whats up with that? They had all this promise and now al there songs are sort of a safe Coldplay style..

I'm mad at the Wilco.

I have a serious work conflict that week. I'm furious because I was counting on the Seattle/Vancouver two-show combo. There's also no way I can hit the LA dates. The venues for the other cities are problematic. I'm so glad that I saw them twice on that last short tour because I'll be lucky to see them once this time. :(

I was online the second they went on sale and I still got fucked.

That is pretty solid...ditch Lupe though...Oh I don't know...I went twice...festivals are for kidz...unless they involve the Gorge...

*coughs, sputters, pulls up suspenders, hit's the rocking chair*

92 was sweet: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ministry, Ice Cube, Soundgarden, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Pearl Jam, Lush...

And 94 was a very fine year: Smashing Pumpkins, Beastie Boys, George Clinton & the P. Funk All-Stars, The Breeders, A Tribe Called Quest, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, L7...

^'92 and '94 are the exact years that come to mind for me as well.

I momentarily considered going to this (http://www.pembertonfestival.com/lineup/index.aspx) for like half a second, but it's just too much effort.
