Quite a lot has changed with me. Jenn and I finally bought a house, and we've spent the last year working every spare hour and using every spare penny we earn to get the place how we want it.

Things here in SF are cool -- expensive, but cool. Everytime I put on the MP73 shirt, Mookie asks me about it. He's 5 1/2 now! Mateo turned 2 last month. Time flies.

If you guys want to come fix up our house, we wouldn't mind.
