I'd probably go to work, but I'm a goody twoshoes. and allowed to be all, "nnnnehhh, I don't feel good" and sit down and surf the internet half the day at work anyway.

I ate some bad food from a brewery a few months back and it was coming out of both ends for 2 days.
I took the 3rd day off to recover from the assplosion and vomiting. What if it came back at work? Its best to play it safe and recover at home for that extra day.

I think, in part, it would depend on how essential I was to the day-to-day workings of the place, and/or if I had any specific duties or
deadlines that day.
