Looks pretty good to me, I'll go and see it.
And I don't get the "Smith might not ruin this" comment. He's been pretty solid (even when the movies haven't) for about the last 10 years.

looks really good - might be a bit cheesy but he's done far cheesier films.
when he called that kid "Thickness" had me in stitches.

The real "problem" people have with Will Smith is that he's the same character in every movie. Good or bad, versatility is not his forte.

Not so much in Six Degrees of Separation.
But he had something to prove back then.

yeah, what ever happened to that actor?...he poured his gut's out trying to do "Ali" but for me there was such little physical/personal resemblance it flopped...I haven't seen the one he did last year as the homeless father/son but I think it was equally as important for him...

Pursuit of Happyness [sic]
It was okay. He was good in it.
I'll admit it...I'm a huge Will Smith fan.
The only movies I haven't seen of his (that I know of) are: The Legend of Baggar Vance and Wild Wild West.
Doesn't mean I loved all of them...but yeah....if I was a 13 year old girl, I would have Will Smith pictures/posters all over my locker/bedroom.

For the most part (blockbuster-wise anyway) he acts in one of two ways, wise-cracking quipotron 4000 or scrunched up faced pained by the world over-actotron 4000.
He was absolute balls in i,Robot. I cant stand to watch the Bad Boys films. Hes fairly to completely annoying in Independence Day. He was pretty annoying in I Am Legend.
I have nothing against Smith himself, he seems like a nice guy. But he has the potential to wreck films. He was good in Ali.
And he looks quite good in this.

I can't really watch the trailer 'cause I'm at work and I have no audio...
But is this the movie with Tom Cruise's kid in it?
I've been hearing things (mostly "meh") but I'm kind of interested in this one.
