it was good. i enjoyed it.

the band kinda sucked, wanky guitar player, but the setlist was good and it wasn't just the hit parade i expected.

Was it the Berlin-show with choir and orchestra?

nope. he didn't play anything off berlin, i guess he's saving that for what you're
talking about. as it was, the lack of choir kinda limited his song selection.

he just had bass, drums, 2 guitars, keys, "real-time electronics"... and
himself. i kinda wish it was just him and maybe a bass or something.

interesting set though, he played some newer stuff like ecstasy, some rare-
ish (or maybe random is a better word) stuff like halloween parade. the best
part of the set was some new song he wrote, so interpret that as
you will. i think that's a positive thing though.

the only big "classic hits" he played were sweet jane (which i was hoping he
wouldn't), im so free, im sticking with you (which im really glad he did) and he
encored with perfect day.
