SHHHHHHHHH! That doesn't mean we should be encouraging bad fashion habits at this early age. it starts with sparkly shorts and then by the time she's 22 she's so out of control with sequins that Stacey and Clinton from "What not to Wear" have to do an intervention so she can get a decent job.
