Guacamole...

Everyone has there own take on the guac,some with tomato,some without…or cilantro or not…or tamales or not…lime or lemon…I have a craving for a batch….how ya do yours?

sorry we're fresh out...but this afternoon our chef has created a special eggplant dish just for you...waiter!...one heaping order of mousakka for the man...:D

2 avacadoes
clove of minced garlic
finely diced tomatoe
I prefer lime juice over lemon
s&p

if I dont have a fresh tomatoe then I add a dollop of salsa just to thin it out.
I dont like adding raw onion, not even of the purple or scallion variety.

i like to keep mine simple as i already have onion/tomato in whatever i am cooking

avocado
tsp sweet chilli sauce
coriander (cilantro)
cracked black pepper
dash of tobasco
lime juice

sometimes i mix sour cream in, other times i have the sour cream and guac separate.

jimmy johns has this fantastic avocado spread and i wonder how close to guacamole it is. either way, its great stuff!
