I'm aware of the concerns with global warming. I also understand there is much debate over the leading factors that cause it, but what is the deal with Al Gore moving to ban Carbon Dioxide? Don't plants need the carbon dioxide that we exhale to survive and produce more oxygen for us to breathe?
It seems the feds are pushing for a tax on emissions of carbon dioxide among other greenhouse gases. Technically, aren't naturally occurring gaseous states like water vapor and methane greenhouse gases too? Who decides how and what greenhouse gases will be banned?
