I feel the ol' darkness creepin in again and I think I should probably talk to somebody who isn't a friend, or this board, because I rarely take the advice of either.

see, ah, I think I have life figured out. and it turns out it means nothing. I'm pretty sure that's not a cool attitude to have. and I need someone to help me get back some humanity. otherwise, I think I have to go off the grid. move to the woods, get eaten by a bear. sounds relaxing.

would your regular doctor be able to suggest someone? it seems like for most specialties, doctors will usually have someone they know to refer to
