i figured it out.. basically its telling me my v.i.n. doesnt match any radio codes they have

When I was in Russia trying to use a computer was a little tough. The commands, "Apply", "Accept", "Enter", "Cancel" aren't translated as I was expecting and it took me awhile to figure out what was going on.

That and typing in cyrillic was an exercise in futility.
