i read today that there are two million (roughly) americans who are over 40 stone-i have no idea how many kilos that ammounts to but it's a disgustingly huge ammount right? i have to say i'm totally shocked-although i have noticed a big rise of really big people on the street. i'm not really fattist or whatever you would call it but wtf? is it so hard to not eat so much or to haul your ass off the sofa for half an hour each day?

i also read something else that amazed me today but i can't remember what it was. so they're fat and i'm stupid
