my bosses are on vacation, so I've been working alone a lot lately. it is boring and I keep surfing the internet. :/

everytime I have to go to the bathroom, a customer walks in.

everytime I sit down to eat my lunch, a customer or UPS comes.

it's taken me 20 minutes to make this thread because of customers and the phone ringing. but as soon as I'm done with it, most likely nothing will happen for 2 hours.

the problem with the "back in 10 minutes" signs is that people get pissed anyway because they don't know when the 10 minutes began.

I usually make a sign that says, "back @ 1:40 p.m., thanks for your patience! :) "

and then I get back at like 1:35.

it sounds just like my job. Everytime I do a tour of the building, I'll have to stop and go to a different floor to give access to someone.

Worst part is, I'll be in the midst of a healthy shit on the 8th floor and get a call over the radio to scan a package on the first floor. That's happened to me 5 times already.

I know, but I like smoking. ima quit one day. I only smoke about a pack and a half a week anyhow.


WORKING ALONE IS SO BORING! my brain goes all sad town. stupid ex and his myspace bulletin about going on a road trip by himself. my ex before him did that when we broke up too. jesus. fucking figure yourselves out bitches!

I take the elevators up there. I'll take a dump on any floor, it just seems that whenever I'm on the 8th floor, I'll get a call over the radio to go to the first floor.

It sucks too. In the midst of a poop, people in the stalls next to me and my radio goes off. They've learned not to ask me my location cause I'll answer with dump or class 1 download.
