Ive been telling Sal to do one of these shows for years. I told him to ease off on the freestyle and concentrate on old school hip hop. I would, of course, mention names like the beastie boys, ll cool, run and dmc but he would would throw other names at me like the ones listed on this venue. I just wish i could have made it to this show. it kills me that I couldnt make it. Sal was on Pulse 87 the other morning with star and buckwild promoting that show along with the sunday nite freestyle show and the one in june at the garden. he even gave props the the beasties on the radio!
