i made this for dinner. i dont use "amounts", i just add whatever to my liking. and it was really yummy.
brown rice
mixed vegetables (those frozen bags with peas and corn and stuff)
cook those two together.
in a wok:
oil (i used a sunflower/canola/olive oil blend)
diced onions
paprika
cumin
fry until onions are browned. (in a separate pan, i also fried all of the above with slices of turkey bacon, to be added at the end to the meat eater's plate)
then add
rice with veggies
more paprika and cumin
pineapple chunks
mix mix fry mix fry mix.
serve with soy sauce.
so quick and easy, like your mom.
