Great Story, how fucking fun is that? Yar, sometimes things happen out of nowhere.
That story and a few personal encounters friends and myself have had around town here in Seattle is why I still love the Pearl Jam. Isn't the "No Code (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61Uf1TdK6VL._SS500_.jpg)" album cover art Polaroid pics?

The best part is I was in the South of Spain at my dad's when my cousin called to ask if I would go up North to act as a translator,he say's to me "do you know or like the Jam of Pearl?" and it was on!...P.S: at lunch we went for tapas and Ed had some horse unbenounced and was not fuck'n impressed when I explained...he also ordered a $60 dollar bottle of red, which when the sommelier brought it,he stopped him from decanting it and drank it from the bottle...
Yep, those pictures were taken by all different members of the band and in each CD you got about 6 copy's of various shots, with an explanation...I think all the shot's of mouths were Ed's with little explanations scrawled on the back like "Mookie Blaylocks Mouth"....:D

You're not supposed to shake it, the colours will blur...
I had a polaroid camera when I lived in London in the early-mid 80's. I think I left the camera there when I moved back.
I'd bought it in a flea market or something, and returned it there I think. I thought it was too expensive to take pics with.
I've got some great pics from that time tho, Babysitters live in a small club, my sister's wedding, my dearest possessions...
When I worked in a photolab we used a polaroid cameras to take id photos. Sometimes we fooled around with those as well! :D
I would've wanted to keep one, when the store closed, but I wasn't working there that much anymore as I'd started studying.
Sometimes I want to get more experimental with digital cameras, as you can see the results there straight away as well,
and then do some work wiht photoshop.
The other day I found several boxes of old b/w paper in my cupboard, was wondering what to do, as my chemicals are
at least 10 years old as well.
Maybe I should do some shoebox photography again?

oh noes! I have a friend who does stuff with polaroid transfers. and my other friend makes funny birthday cards and stuff with polaroid pictures he's taken. and cort collects polaroid cameras! she already has old discontinued film in her fridge for some of them. we also have a camera at work that we use to take pictures of fun stuff then stick the photos on the wall! what if we have to build a giant box again?! how are we going to take a picture of my coworker inside of the box?! what what...like, take it digitally, then upload it, then print it out and cut it out and tape it to the wall?
WEAK! I AM ANGRY!

meh, Polaroids suck anyways. its mostly cheap quality and easy to use for newbies who just wanna have that hip image which again the quality sucks.
Step up to lomo - now that is some oldschool good quality. (y)
