Butterfly it then french it,everytime....or BBQ...or you can crock pot it and make Cuban pulled pork sandwhiches...I haven't done one in awhile,thanks for a prompt!...(y)

oh man, i had the most delicious breaded (sorry a-z) swiss pork schnitzel burger at a brilliant restaurant on friday. it came with bacon, onion rings, gruyere and.. CHEESE MOTHERFLIPPIN' FONDUE! cheese fondue! so totally amazing.
