It’s the busiest time of my work year and I can’t seem to “put my nose to the grindstone, roll up my sleeves or apply the elbow grease”, so to speak… so many reports such little time and I’m being audited for the first time in my career to boot...I’ve tried coffee, symphony, focused thought but I feel like a sloth…can't get my mind of the last day of work...How ya fire ya self up and get it done?...I can't find Tony Robbins number...

Just start doing it.
Sometimes if I make a list so I can cross things off, that helps, too.

(lb)ahhhhhhh, yes,so simple I never do it but that's a good idea...I'm on it...but first I'm gonna have a smoke, ponder what's I should eat for lunch, what movies I should rent this weekend and then go the cycle shop cause I need a valve adapter...:D
I like to start things that keep me from goofing around anymore. Like, update something that takes a while to download and then you won't be tempted to use your computer.

procrastination is the best motivation
when i've buried myself under a self induced limited time, i seem to motor through shit a lot better and with more focus.
