Last night whilst going to turn the vacum cleaner on to clear up some mess from around the machine I stepped on the seperated long nossley bit which was placed in a stupid place by some idiot on the previous shift and whacked my forehead causing a small graze and minor bleeding.I worked most of the shift with a big plaster on my forehead.

my friend hit his head on a piece of artwork at a gallery and split it open. it was funny, he was mad.
I get hurt at work a lot, as I'm surrounded by power tools, blades, splinters, paper and broken glass. nothing major anymore though. I think the last thing I did was stab myself in the thumb with an awl accidentally. that hurt a lot. got a shard of glass under my fingernail before that, it bled a lot, but didn't go far enough in to be too painful.

did you ask to see the manager of the arcade and threaten to sue him?

the only one i can remember still makes me want to puke-i had to close some big, heavy metal gates to the warehouse i worked in when a big gust of wind blew them at me and one hit my foot. so i was wearing stupid flip flops and although it didn't actually hurt too much i looked down and my big toe-nail was standing straight in the air! BLEURGH

I drove the stock picker truck for about 3 years, I loved it
http://news.thomasnet.com/images/large/501/501620.jpg
One day while throwing old pallets out onto the pile out back, I swung a 40x48 pallet up onto the mountain of crap pallets and a nail sitcking out of the pallet dug into my palm just as I let go, it ripped my whole palm open, and I could see my hand muscles in there, all purple(ish) and pink..
It didn't start to actually bleed for about 30 seconds, during which time I just kinda stood there in shock at the harm I had just done to myself... 12 stitches later and I'm mostly good. That was like 10 years ago, and once in a while when I'm trying to twist a Jar lid off it will hurt in that spot.

mmm well i was washing the tomato slicer (http://www.alliedkenco.com/catalog/images/UWUTS.jpg) at hj's and not paying attention, one of my fingertips sank onto a blade. was in shock for a second then snapped to attention as it was pissing blood. my manager didn't really care, and just gave me lots of bandaids :( it probably needed a stich. still have a big scar that dissects my fingerprint today.
at the office i broke my toe (http://www.beastieboys.com/bbs/showthread.php?p=1170399#post1170399) when getting up to change the air con settings. hurt a lot. very annoying injury.

that's a freakin' nasty sounding injury. gross. i drive that also but we call it the "order picker".
i have 5 different machine licenses. reach truck, forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack (http://www.warehouserack.com/forklifts/UNITT148.jpg) and slipsheet forklift (http://slipsheet.net/cnt/slipsheet-p02.jpg). some guy i work with ran over someones toe with the forklift. the damn thing weighs 4 1/2 tons!

I've very nearly fallen on my ass a few times at work, and this morning I wacked the bony bit on the side of my elbow pretty hard into a door. Got a cute little bruise now.
I got paint on my shirt once.
This would be a great place to post my nail animation.

a friend of mine worked at a factory and there was some machine that had two huge steel rollers and I'm not sure what they were used for but some guy got pulled into it and it flattened him. My friend watched the whole thing, someone tried to hit the safety switch but it didnt stop the machine.

for the record we also call our "stock picker" an "order picker".
