Hey it doesn't concern me; I'm an old lady and mainly it's just teenagers stabbing eachother, so what do I care? They're annoying anyway.
Actually I care about this a great deal, and it saddens me greatly on a daily basis as I walk my daughter to nursery each morning past the spot where a 14 year old lad named Martin was stabbed to death last year.

I felt bad when I noticed I had a screwdriver in my handbag this morning from my house move :(

Hey, speaking of knives...
When I was about 12 years old a few friends and myself snuck out of a sleepover for some mischief. It was about 11-12 on a Friday night, we went to the nearby park because we couldn't think of anywhere else to go. Of course there were some teenagers there doing their teenager thing, we just watched from afar. After about 5 minutes we began to lose interest until shit hit the fan. A few guys began to argue and shove, some more guys got involved and it turned into an all out brawl between a few of them. It seemed to last maybe 2 minutes until a guy with a red bandanna hanging out of his back pocket (of course) stepped up and went bat shit insane, even though he didn't appear to be apart of the conflict. He took out a large kitchen knife from his sleeve, started swinging it around making crazy noises. It was obvious he was crazy. He grabbed the closest person to him, held them from behind and stuck them, at this point it was clearer he wasn't messing around. Police were already on their way to bust them (for their shenanigans and what not). I tell you, I've never felt so tense in my life. Officers pointing their guns at the knifeman yelling at him to let the guy go. He just stood still for about a minute, then pushed the guy toward the officers, took the knife and stabbed his own thigh and began to charge at one of the officers, but she deployed a taser at him (looked like a gun) he dropped like a sack of dead kittens. We watched for a few moments longer then got afraid that we'd get in trouble or something, so we walked back to our friends house, crawled right into our sleeping bags and never told a soul that we were there.
