At work today i read some of the complaints that customers leave on our phone survey thing and this one made me smile. Can anyone top this?

"As a wheelchair user i rely heavily on your product. I chose your company because you told me you were reliable, you are about as reliable as my legs, which dont work".

Oh i dont work for a wheelchair manufacurer in case anyone thinks i do.

it was left on a phone call, when they ring they get asked to leave comments on an automated line so no need to write so i cannot confirm if the voice sounded like a speak and spell. Hows that for insensitivity?:D
