i got it! It looks all fancy, but it kept all my settings and it does seem noticeably faster.

Firefox automatically updates for everyone, but Im fairly certain it wont jump full releases automatically (from 2 to 3)

im still using the firefox 3 something something test that's been out awhile now and i love it. i havnt gotten around to the final version yet. the autofill shit for the browser part is amazing. really fucking awesome. for example, i could typing in "beastie firefox" and get back to this thread. i like how i dont have to actually remember anything and can just typin in random words from the title of whatever im trying to get to. i dont know how much of a difference there is between what ive got and the official firefox 3, but i dont have any complaints with whta im running right now, and i dont see what took so long, firefox3 for linux was out a pretty good long time ago (with the same awesome search stuff)

It's an application that finds random sites that interest you. You specify in the installation by ticking boxes of things that interest you ie art, photography, motor bikes etc and it brings up a stumble button at the top of your browser window for you to press and find all sorts of wonderful internet shit (y)

The only change I've noticed that if I'd shut down several sites when closing the internet those will open automatically the next time.
Also I can't download any videos with RealPlayer anymore! :mad:
How do I get that back?

3 is definitely faster, but it won't let my live hotmail display my inbox along side the emails. :(

It's the only one I know that you can use to download videos from the internets...
and there used to be a button (http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/7342/spamvl3.jpg) to do it automatically, but not with Firefox3 :(

what addons/plugins are people using with firefox 3? I use download helper and, of course, the dictionary, but I bet my internet browsing efficiency could be increased by at least 3%.

Now I needed to change the pipelining.maxrequests and New-> Integer except I don't know which one is Integer in Swedish...
