why the hell is it that every Chinese taxi driver that's contracted under my wife's company never looks in their rear view mirrors?

Everyone of them will switch lanes and not look once to see if there's a car behind them or on the sides and they end up cutting off people and the people will get pissed off and ride beside us giving the one finger salute followed by some real inspirational words.
