So it looks like its still good weather at glastonbury festival which is good if your there but not good for me, i made the decision for our family not to go for the first time in years due to pregnancy, cost and weather and my wife keeps giving me funny looks cos she is mortified she cant go and will be more mortified if its the first sunny one in ages which means a weekend of wathcing happy people on the telly while i am sat at home trying to cheer the missus up. She is 5 months pregnant but was still up for going but i didnt want to risk it. Bollocks.

a couple of years ago i would have recommended it to anyone but its changed a bit due to security levels and atmosphere, its not something i can put my finger on but it feels different


i am happy with decision not to go and my wife knows its the right thing to do but now its here and now we know there are tickets left its really frustrating.
We took our daughter last year who was only 1 and couldnt walk but now she is a fully mobile unit and a lot harder to control and i didnt want to risk her safety or my wife's, its just annoying if its nice weather, if it chicks it down then i made the right decision.
