and now this
What up Gunnin' Fans?
Thanks for your interest in the film and we hope you're as excited about the June 27th release as we are. We just posted the trailer, which we highly recommend you watch. And crank your volume up to eleven before you do.
We're still getting the hang of this facebook thing, and so we're going through some growing pains. We learned this the hard way, but we've decided that we're working too hard, and so we're going to go ahead and shut this page down. But wait, don't cry just yet! We'd like to direct you to the Oscilloscope Pictures group page:
http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=12953632515&ref=ts
If you're not already, join the Oscope group and we'll make sure that we keep you fully up to date there. Check out the Gunnin' trailer, read a little bit about our newest Acquisition, Flow (no, it's not about that!), and who knows, perhaps we may even be giving out some free swag and some tickets to the NYC premiere of Gunnin' For That #1 Spot on June 25...

they should show it in Miami & Houston to reflect the players in the film that got drafted in the NBA

I bet that's why they have a Chicago showing...thinking Beasley would end up with the Bulls.

So I saw Gunnin' on Friday. Twas pretty good! The thing that struck me most were these 'songs'?! Then in the credits it lists various unfamiliar song titles written by "Mark Nishita and Beasite Boys"?! WHAT? Then I run into Mike on the beach in Malibu today and forgot to ask him about this?! Cripes. It's like this Beastie Boys weekend for me in a twilight zone type way. Seriously. I mean, come on. *pinches herself*(!)
