We have created a grilled cheese sammich station in my office. We have 5 kinds of cheese, 4 kinds of bread, and a George Foreman grill. Lunch time genius!

it's amazing.

also, i got some cheese the other day that is basically american singles but like, some of the best american singles ive ever had on a grilled cheese. its red and has a cow on the front. you should look for that.

smoked cheddar, white cheddar, fresh mozzarella and maybe a double gloucester

Have you guys tried Lancashire Cheese? It's all crumbly and has a slightly bitter taste to it. It's nice on crackers.

i would use smoked cheese/cheddar, and add lots of chopped onion and not give a shit what my breath smelt like. oh yeah.

or or or maybe a tomato, mozzarella, basil and pesto sandwich. mmmm.
